About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Service Coordinator to join our team based in Norwest.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, customer service and working in a technically focused environment. You do not need to be a technician; however, you will be confident managing and coordinating activities relating to prosthetic and orthotic products, repairs, servicing, loan equipment and warranty claims. Full training on our products and processes will be provided to support your success in the role.

Working closely with customers, clinicians and our sales team, you will play a key role in coordinating trials, repairs, service requests and loan equipment, ensuring a positive customer experience and high level of service support.

Key Responsibilities

- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Managing the Technical Services inbox
- Raising trial, service and repair requests within SAP
- Coordinating loan equipment to ensure customer requirements are met on time
- Preparing quotes, purchase orders and customer billing relating to repairs and loan equipment
- Following up customers and internal stakeholders regarding outstanding information, loan extensions and equipment returns
- Working closely with the Sales team to support customer service outcomes




- Maintaining accurate data entry and records management
- Following established work instructions, policies and processes

In addition to administrative and customer-facing duties, this role includes practical coordination of equipment and inventory, including:
- Unpacking and checking incoming equipment
- Booking loan equipment in and out of the system
- Receiving returned items and coordinating their next destination
- Assisting with the efficient movement and tracking of products through the service and repair process

About You

- Previous experience in an administration, office coordination, marketing support or customer service role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience with SAP highly regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive, proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and support the team.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
