About the role

This role focuses on tenant engagement, market knowledge, and building activations within a commercial real estate environment. You will liaise directly with tenants, manage digital engagement platforms, organise events and initiatives, and research market trends to identify opportunities for improvement across the assets.

Key responsibilities

- Liaise directly with tenants to understand overall experience satisfaction and Lessor shortcomings

- Manage posts and updates of the Centuria digital tenant engagement portal

- Assist in promoting the Centuria tenant portal across the Centuria assets

- Create a concept and implement a tenant engagement program in collaboration with the National tenant experience manager and the Property team

- Source vendors and suppliers for the tenant engagement program

- Review budget and expenditure to maintain the tenant program in line with the allocated budget

- Organise tenant events and initiatives across the assets and assist with the required marketing material





- Review and update the annual tenant survey and address the tenant feedback in a timely manner

- Organise events between Centuria staff and existing / prospective tenants to encourage more effective networking and fostering of relationships

- Keep abreast of the latest market trends of major competitors and co-working operators with focus on technology

About you

- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business or the like

- Experience in events management, tenant engagement and building activations, marketing, project management, commercial real estate management, and co-working

- Strong communication skills

- Attention to detail
