About the Role
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist for a caseload management position with no face-to-face client interaction. This unique role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in behind-the-scenes work, overseeing therapy delivery, reviewing documentation, and coordinating care plans.
You’ll manage a portfolio of various clients and NDIS clients from the clinic, supporting therapy planning and collaborating with healthcare professionals, families, and support workers to ensure effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a caseload of aged care and NDIS clients
- Provide support to field therapists, including documentation review and care recommendations
- Liaise with families, coordinators,
and other health professionals to support client outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance processes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical discussions
- Ensure all services align with NDIS and aged care standards and guidelines
Essential Criteria
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
- Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Minimum 1 year experience, ideally in various caseload or community OT settings
- Excellent clinical reasoning and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Proficiency in electronic case management and clinical documentation systems
- Current Police Check, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s licence (preferred)
