Job Description

As a Partnership Manager, you'll work with national employers to build sustainable recruitment partnerships that deliver positive outcomes for both businesses and job seekers.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to employers, helping them attract diverse talent while creating meaningful employment pathways for our clients.

This is a relationship-driven role where you'll combine account management, stakeholder engagement and workforce solutions expertise to drive growth and impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Develop and manage strategic relationships with major employers
- Identify and create high-volume employment opportunities
- Design and deliver cutting-edge workforce solutions
- Co-design inclusive recruitment programs and hiring pathways
- Support interviews, placements and onboarding activities
- Analyse employer recruitment processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver sustainable employment outcomes
- Monitor partnership performance and achieve agreed KPIs
- Promote diversity, inclusion and accessible employment practices
