About the role:

The Lived and Living Experience Partnerships Officer supports the delivery of the Lived and Living Experience Workforce Development Program, which aims to strengthen opportunities for people with Lived and Living Experience to develop, progress and participate across the mental health and wellbeing workforce.

Working as part of the Sector Partnerships (LLE) team, the role supports the delivery of funded workforce development initiatives through project coordination, partner and contract administration, stakeholder engagement, governance, commissioning and reporting.

About you:

- Lived or living experience as a family member, carer, supporter or kin of someone with mental health and/or alcohol and other drug challenges with the ability to contextualise that experience in a professional role is mandatory.
- Ability to work in ways that support partnership, shared learning, cultural safety and respectful engagement with people and organisations across the Lived and Living Experience sector is mandatory.
