Business Development Manager | Commercial Solar

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will play a major role in the growth and future of the business. Here is what you can expect from this role:

- You’ll be responsible for identifying, developing and closing large commercial energy opportunities across NSW, working with manufacturers, industrial businesses, warehousing and logistics operators, multi-site organisations and other major energy users.
- You’ll take ownership of the complete sales process, from opening the conversation through to senior-level presentations, proposal development, commercial negotiation and close.
- Expect multiple stakeholder meetings and complex sales cycles where your ability to maintain momentum, communicate value and influence commercial decision makers will be critical.

ABOUT YOU:

You're an experienced Senior Sales Executive or Business Development Manager who enjoys the challenge of winning new business and developing long-term commercial relationships.





You could currently be selling:

- Commercial and industrial solar
- Energy procurement or energy broking
- Generators or capital equipment
- Commercial HVAC
- Technical or project-based B2B solutions

You’ll be comfortable prospecting independently, developing your own pipeline and presenting to procurement managers, business owners and senior commercial stakeholders.

You have a proven ability to manage complex, high value B2B sales from initial prospecting through to close.
