Your Opportunity to Join our Team

In this role you will be supporting our Lisarow Distribution Warehouse, picking and packing using RF scanners with all roles requiring the use of forklifts and working within a chiller/freezer setting.

We are seeking:

- Experienced with High-Reach and counterbalance Forklift Operators to work on our various shifts (at least 12 months of experience)
- Previous experience operating double deep High Reach forklifts (Required)
- Monday to Friday with a willingness to work both day and or afternoon shifts.
- Capable of performing tasks efficiently, correctly, and systematically in accordance with policies and standards.
- Ability to understand, correctly interpret and follow instructions, procedures, and information.
- Good level of fitness is required as you will manually handle up to 5kg- 15kg.




- Respond calmly when faced with obstacles
- Communicate well both written and verbally

Daily Tasks:

- High Reach, Counterbalance forklift driving
- Unloading/loading inbound and outbound stock and efficiently stacking pallets
- Quality control: Ensuring shipment accuracy, checking and reporting quality variances
- Picking and packing using RF scanners with all roles requiring the use of forklifts
- Completing manual handling duties – lifting, pulling, pushing, bending and reaching
- Identifying and escalating, Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards and risks
- Quality control - temperature checks and data entry
