We are seeking a motivated and personable Physiotherapist to join a multidisciplinary private clinic setting on a contractor basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physiotherapist who enjoys working directly with patients, delivering high-quality evidence-based care, and helping people recover from injury, improve mobility and restore function.
The role will involve assessing and treating a broad range of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions, with a strong focus on personalised treatment plans, hands-on therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
- Assess and manage musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries.
- Provide hands-on treatment, including soft tissue techniques and joint mobilisation/manipulation where appropriate.
- Prescribe and progress tailored exercise and rehabilitation programs.
- Assist patients with pain management, mobility, strength and functional recovery.
- Provide rehabilitation for post-operative and other musculoskeletal conditions.
- Perform gait, movement and functional assessments where appropriate.
- Provide patients with education and advice regarding injury management, exercise, training and prevention.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure high standards of professional practice.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinic environment.
About You
We are looking for a physiotherapist who is:
- Currently registered with AHPRA with general registration.
- Qualified to practise as a Physiotherapist in Australia.
- Confident assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions.
- Comfortable providing hands-on treatment and exercise-based rehabilitation.
- Patient-focused, professional and personable.
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team.
- Passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful improvements in pain, movement and function.
- Committed to evidence-based clinical practice and ongoing professional development.
