About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and outcome-driven Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team in South East Melbourne.
In this community-based role supporting NDIS participants, you will provide client-centered occupational therapy across a diverse, mixed caseload (infants to seniors). This position offers a supportive environment with realistic performance expectations, structured mentorship, and true work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and deliver evidence-based community and home interventions for NDIS participants.
- Work with a varied caseload spanning early intervention, pediatrics, adults, and aged care.
- Maintain a manageable daily billable target of 5.5 hours per day.
- Collaborate with participants, families, carers, and multidisciplinary providers to support functional goal achievement.
- Complete timely clinical documentation,
functional capacity evaluations, and NDIS reports.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Open to Junior through Senior clinicians (1 to 2+ years of clinical OT experience minimum).
- Professional Registration: Full registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Location & Mobility: Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for community visits across South East Melbourne.
- Clearances: Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (WWCC Victoria).
