The role focuses improving the mobility, fall preventation and quality of life of our cliental.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive in-home physiotherapy assessments for older Australians.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Provide falls prevention, mobility, balance, and strength programs
- Support clients managing neurological and chronic conditions (e.g. Parkinson's, stroke, dementia)
- Prescribe and review assistive technology and home modification recommendations
- Liaise with GPs, specialists, and the care team to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with aged care standards
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3–4 years of physiotherapy experience, with a strong focus on aged care or community settings
- Current AHPRA registration (essential)
- Demonstrated experience working with elderly clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for person-centred care
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (travel across Brisbane South required)
- Current National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People clearance (or willingness to obtain)
