The Person:

You'll take ownership of an established portfolio of 200+ properties, but before that number scares you off - you'll have a full-time assistant PM supporting you.

The structure is designed so you're not drowning in administration or trying to do absolutely everything yourself. You'll have dedicated support across the portfolio, allowing you to focus on your clients, relationships and the higher-level aspects of Property Management.

You'll be trusted to get on with your job without being micromanaged, while still having an experienced and supportive team around you when you need them.

The Person:

You'll already be an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager who is confident managing a substantial portfolio and knows how to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

You're organised, capable and calm under pressure, but you're also someone who enjoys being part of a team, having a laugh and working with people you actually like.

Most importantly, you're looking for somewhere you can settle in and stay.

This isn't an office with a revolving door. They've built a fantastic team and they're looking for another great person to become part of it.
