About the Role
The Mental Health & Wellbeing Services Lead supports the delivery of The Bodycare Group's onsite mental health and wellbeing services through a combination of team leadership, client relationship management and mental health expertise. As The Bodycare Group's subject matter expert in workplace mental health, wellbeing and psychosocial health, you will contribute to the ongoing development of services, programs, resources and educational content while providing expert guidance to clients, leaders and internal stakeholders.
The Mental Health & Wellbeing Service's Lead is responsible for leading and supporting the team of Health & Wellbeing Specialists and Mental Health Coaches to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients and participants.
Combining people leadership, client relationship management and wellbeing expertise, this role plays a key part in strengthening Bodycare's mental health and wellbeing offering and supporting healthier, safer and more productive workplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team of Health & Wellbeing Specialists and Mental Health Coaches.
- Provide professional guidance and support on mental health, wellbeing and psychosocial matters.
Program & Operational Management
- Lead the operational delivery of Bodycare's onsite mental health program and related wellbeing services.
- Oversee service activity, reporting, issue resolution, escalations and performance monitoring.
- Drive clinical excellence, governance, quality and safety across program delivery.
- Support continuous improvement and ongoing enhancement of mental health and wellbeing services.
Client Relationship Management & Growth
- Manage a portfolio of onsite mental health and wellbeing clients.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
- Provide guidance on workplace mental health, psychosocial risk management and wellbeing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and support business growth within existing client accounts.
Subject Matter Expertise & Service Development
- Act as Bodycare's subject matter expert in workplace mental health, wellbeing and psychosocial health.
- Contribute to the design, development and delivery of Mental health services, Psychosocial risk management services and Wellbeing programs and initiatives
- Develop and enhance workshops, educational content, resources and training programs.
About You
You will bring a combination of leadership, operational and client management experience, along with strong expertise in mental health and workplace wellbeing.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated people leadership experience within a mental health, wellbeing, psychology, counselling, allied health, EAP or human services workplace.
- Strong knowledge of workplace mental health, psychosocial health and wellbeing best practice.
- Experience leading and supporting multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing mental health and/or wellbeing programs or services.
- Strong program management capability, including reporting, quality improvement, service delivery and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Health Sciences or a related discipline.
- Experience designing, developing or delivering mental health and wellbeing programs, training, workshops or educational content.
- Experience consulting with organisations on psychosocial risk management and workplace wellbeing strategies.
