About the Role

As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the store, leading a small team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience that reflects our brand's passion for beautiful jewellery.
What You'll Be Doing

- Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve outstanding results
- Driving sales performance and exceeding store targets
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting customer relationships
- Managing daily store operations, including rostering, inventory, and visual merchandising
- Maintaining high presentation standards throughout the store
- Creating a positive, energetic, and customer-focused team culture

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in a retail management position
- Robust leadership and team development skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A bubbly, engaging, and positive personality
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Jewellery or luxury retail experience is highly regarded but not essential
