The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Management Accountant to join a growing, project-focused organisation operating within the infrastructure sector.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will combine strong technical accounting with commercial business partnering, working closely with project and operational teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making and project performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare month-end management accounts, statutory reporting, reconciliations
- Support tax compliance and external audit requirements
- Partner with Project Managers and operational stakeholders across budgets, forecasts, margins, and cash flow
- Support budgeting, forecasting and project financial administration
- Provide commercial analysis and financial insights to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement
- Translate financial information into clear, meaningful insights

About You:

- CA or CPA qualification, with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
- Proven experience across month-end,



financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Experience with project reporting, cost management, and financial performance analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-finance stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems
- Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy or a similar project-based environment will be highly regarded
