Redirect Recycling conducts waste management from collection and transport to treatment of materials from single sources, with the aim to produce new products from resources back into all different marketplaces. Redirect Recycling’s mission is to encourage effective and efficient waste management at the source, making resource recovery the key driver in sustainable businesses we serve.
Redirect Recycling is in an exciting phase of growth within our Waste Management division. We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our team based at our St Marys.
Shift 8am to 4.06pm.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Operating Forklift whilst maintaining housekeeping standards, tools and equipment
- Inspecting customer loads for contamination and removal
- Greeting incoming customers and ensuring they follow procedures
- Monitoring recycling plant to process incoming material
- Maintaining a safe and efficient work workplace
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A Forklift licence
- Experience within the transport, waste, recycling or similar industry (an advantage)
- A current driver’s licence
- Good communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, quality and safety
