Law Staff is partnering with this highly regarded firm to appoint a Corporate Senior Associate to its Brisbane team. This is an opportunity to work alongside leading Partners and blue-chip clients in a high-performing, cooperative and genuinely supportive environment.

THE ROLE

This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Corporate lawyer looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll work on complex, high-profile corporate matters, receive direct mentorship from a highly respected Partner, and have genuine exposure to sophisticated clients and transactions.

Your work will include:

- ASX Listing Rule compliance
- Capital raisings, including IPOs and private placements
- Corporate governance
- Preparing and negotiating transaction documents
- Drafting corporate head office advice
- Due diligence
- Company secretarial matters
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- M&A; and broader corporate advisory matters

ABOUT YOU
Ideally, you will have:

- 5+ years’ PAE in Corporate Law
- Experience across M&A; and/or Equity Capital Markets
- Experience operating at Senior Associate level,



or be close to promotion
- Strong technical capability and commercial judgement
- A client-focused and collaborative approach
- The ambition to progress your career within a high-performing team
