Drive communications for a major transformation program.

Reporting to the Program Director, the Senior Communications Specialist will lead internal communications for our transformational Learning Evolution (LE) Program. You will develop and deliver communication strategies that keep stakeholders informed, engaged and aligned throughout the transformation journey.

This is an initial fixed term contract until September 2027

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage the LE Program Communication and Engagement Plan.

- Deliver clear, engaging communications across multiple channels.

- Create communication assets including FAQs, presentations, videos and guides.

- Partner with Change, Business Readiness and Program teams to align messaging and engagement activities.

- Manage communication governance, ensuring consistent and timely messaging.

- Monitor communication effectiveness and provide insights to improve engagement.

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and provide expert communications advice.

- Manage internal communication platforms, including intranet and email channels.

About You

- Significant experience in internal, change, transformation or strategic communications.

- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or program delivery environments.

- Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies and engagement plans.

- Exceptional writing, stakeholder management and influencing skills.

- Robust organisational, project management and problem-solving abilities.

- Tertiary qualification in Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline.

- Collaborative, proactive and adaptable, with a strong attention to detail.
