About the role

We're seeking an intelligent, motivated and detail-oriented accountant who can analyse complex information, identify patterns and solve problems independently. This role suits someone looking to build a long-term career with our company. Working closely with our senior accountant and directors, you will gain broad, hands-on experience across accounting, finance, inventory and logistics.

Key responsibilities

- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices and statements.
- Prepare financial analysis and management reports to support business decision-making.
- Assist with cost accounting, margin analysis and variance reporting.
- Use Microsoft Excel and appropriate AI tools confidently to analyse data, build financial models, improve reporting and generate decision-ready insights.
- Assist with bank account administration, inventory accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Conduct in-person stocktakes of raw materials and finished goods as required, and reconcile inventory records.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders on inbound shipments and logistics arrangements.




- Use MYOB to complete a range of accounting and reporting tasks.

About you

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Exceptional analytical reasoning and problem-solving ability, including the capacity to understand complex information quickly, identify inconsistencies and develop practical solutions with a high level of accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Robust aptitude for learning and using AI tools to improve analysis, reporting, accuracy and productivity.
- Chinese language.
- A proactive attitude and genuine willingness to learn, contribute and grow with the company.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
