The Role
- Manage and grow an existing SME commercial portfolio
- Handle renewals, new business and policy reviews
- Negotiate with insurers and underwriting agencies
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Provide tailored insurance advice and exceptional service
About You
- Commercial broking experience, ideally within the SME market
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Confident working autonomously
- Commercially minded and highly organised
- Passionate about delivering great client outcomes
