What you'll bring

- Cert 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
- Confidence leading, mentoring and supporting a team of educators
- Strong understanding of programming, observations and children's individual learning goals
- Ability to build genuine relationships with children and families
- A positive, reliable and collaborative approach to leadership
