About Step 2 Allied Health:
Step 2 Allied Health provides quality Allied Health, and disability support services to clients across regional Victoria and beyond. The team consists of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Counsellors, Plan Managers, Therapy Assistants and Support Workers. We engage with a variety of funding bodies and sources such as Flexible Support Packages, Support at Home, NDIS, Medicare, TAC and private paying clients. About the Role:
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with 2+ years of experience who is committed to making a positive impact on their clients' lives, developing their skills, and supporting young people in achieving their goals. This role primarily supports adolescents and young adults aged 12–28 years across clinic, home, school and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support clients to achieve their goals through evidence-based assessment and intervention.

- Provide neuro-affirming practice alongside continued professional development in this area.

- Assess and implement supports that develop independence in the home and community.

- Support emotional regulation, executive functioning and participation outcomes.

- Conduct assessments and report writing, including Functional Capacity Assessments and funding recommendations.

- Consult with families,



schools and external stakeholders through a multidisciplinary framework.

- Maintain accurate documentation in keeping with organisational, professional and legal requirements.

- Attend regular supervision, professional development and team meetings.

- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment.

Key Selection Criteria:

- 2+ years of Occupational Therapy experience.

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)

- Current AHPRA registration

- Working with Children's Check

- Current Driver's Licence

- National Police Check
