Growth Marketing Manager

The Role

We’ve achieved significant growth as a company, and want to grow even faster. That’s why we’re expanding our marketing team and hiring our first growth marketing role.

The Growth Marketing Manager owns our distribution channels, ensuring we nurture our accounts from completely unaware prospects through to customers. The role focuses on developing our growth marketing strategy, while also being hands-on and coordinating campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

- Accelerate new pipeline creation: Own pipeline generation strategy and execution, working with sales and marketing.

- Maximise the results of our key channels: Plan and run our marketing channels including paid ads, email, website, buyer intent, reviews, AEO/SEO, and more.

- Craft compelling messaging: Understand our audience to write cut through messaging that converts.

- Test new channels, and kill what doesn't work: Identify, test and launch new channels and tactics. Move fast on promising ideas, and pause or cut anything that doesn't deliver.

- Get more from what we've already made: Repurpose existing content into new campaigns for target audiences.

- Know what’s working: Track key marketing metrics, analyse results, and measure ROI.

- Close the loop with sales: Work with sales on lead and pipeline quality, and find new opportunities together.

About You

- You have 2 to 3+ years in digital marketing with a proven record of generating leads and pipeline

- You're creative, bring ideas to the table, and like to test them rapid

- You’re a great writer, and can craft short form copy that converts

- You’re comfortable with numbers for metrics and reporting

- You can confidently use AI to get more done

- You take ownership of your work, and can go beyond your regular scope to get results

The key parts of our platform include rostering, time & attendance, staffing optimisation, employee engagement, payroll, and labour compliance. Most of our activities centre around engineering, marketing, sales, research, and supporting functions.

We service thousands of Australian clients from our Brisbane headquarters and globally with offices in Chicago and London.
