About our service
Build your career in Brisbane’s north-west, in a suburb with a strong connection to Australia’s Defence community. Home to Gallipoli Barracks, Enoggera offers the opportunity to do meaningful work, with city connections and green spaces to enjoy in the surrounding area.

At One Tree Enoggera, we provide early learning and care for children from nursery through to kindergarten. You’ll help children grow in confidence, build friendships and discover what they can do, while supporting families who give so much to our Defence community.

For families navigating postings, deployments and time apart, a familiar face and a warm welcome can mean a lot. The relationships you build will help children feel safe and settled, and give families a sense of connection and belonging.

What you’ll bring

- Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Previous experience within early childhood education
- Current Queensland Working with Children clearance (Blue Card) and Police Clearance
- An understanding of programming, observations and children’s individual learning goals
- The confidence to contribute ideas and work alongside a team of educators
- The ability to build positive relationships with children and families
- A positive, reliable and collaborative approach to your work
