This established Brisbane based Allied Health organisation prides itself on the support and flexibility it offers to its 36 clinicians. They are currently seeking a passionated and driven Current Graduate Occupational Therapist to join their team near Mango Hill!

Full time and part time opportunities available!

- Salary starting at $78,000 - $88,000 + Super
- $1000 CPD allowance + 3 days paid professional development leave

- Weekly supervision with a Senior Occupational Therapist
- Hybrid Role; work in the clinic and out in the community & WFH for admin
- Travel allowance; 97c per km and a travel cap of up to 40mins from the clinic location
- iPads, laptop and OT kit provided
- Choose your start/ finish times or work a 9 day fortnight and have a weekday off!
- Weekly discipline specific training and lots of opportunities for work shadowing other therapists
- Comprehensive 2 week induction program where you will undertake work shadowing and learn procedures and systems
- Administration team to take care of bookings and billings
- Team lunches provided every Monday and a kitchen full of snacks!
- BONUS structure; get paid extra $$ for seeing more clients if you wish!

Your Role: In your role, you will gradually increase to seeing 25 clients over the week over a period of 3-6 months. You will be conducting initial assessments with a mixed ages NDIS caseload, creating tailored therapy plans,



writing progress notes and NDIS reports to track your clients progress.

Support:

- Weekly supervision sessions with a Senior Occupational Therapist to receive support with your caseload and ask any clinical questions you may have.
- KPI target; 5 billable hours per day- with a gradual increase of these expectations over a period of 3-6months
- Weekly discipline specific training
- Fortnightly multidisciplinary training sessions,
- A $1000 professional development allowance to undertake external courses + 3 Days PD leave
