About the Role

Based in Bayswater, Victoria, this position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth, efficient operation of our parts department. You’ll be responsible for inventory, sourcing, purchasing, and managing parts from both OEM manufacturers and aftermarket suppliers, supporting the repair and service teams to deliver quality workmanship on time.

Skills & Experience

- Strong mechanical aptitude

- The ability to work effectively under pressure with a positive outlook in a team environment

- High attention to detail, and someone who takes pride in their work

- Familiarity and proven use of parts inventory systems (iBody preferred)

- Forklift Licence (desirable)

- Drivers Licence

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Parts interpreting

- Source, purchase and receipting of parts from OEM manufacturers and after-market suppliers

- Assist with all areas of the parts department, including stock control procedures

- Maintain supplier relationships

- Follow up on all credit returns to the supplier

- Ensure all internal procedures are followed and completed correctly

- Coordinate and liaise with management and estimators on jobs such as repair or replacement of parts, progress of orders,



and problems with accessing or delivery of parts.
