About the role

As a Physiotherapist within Allied Health, you will deliver independent physiotherapy services across a range of clinical specialty areas while working under the supervision and guidance of experienced clinicians. The role forms part of a multidisciplinary team and provides opportunities to develop broad clinical experience through rotations across Caboolture and Kilcoy Hospitals, including participation in out-of-hours and weekend services.

You will provide evidence-based physiotherapy care, contribute to multidisciplinary patient management, and support service improvement initiatives. The position also offers opportunities to build leadership capabilities through student supervision, professional development, and collaboration with allied health colleagues to achieve positive patient outcomes.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

- Deliver physiotherapy services across multiple clinical specialties using evidence-based practice and established clinical protocols.
- Provide clinical advice and collaborate with patients, multidisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders to support patient care.
- Apply sound clinical judgement and digital health systems to support safe, effective, and efficient service delivery.
- Contribute to the supervision and education of students, junior staff,



and allied health assistants under senior clinician guidance.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical practices, procedures, and service enhancements.
