Company Description DivinePhysio is a client-centered physiotherapy clinic located in Noble Park, VIC, dedicated to improving mobility, function, and quality of life for people of all ages. The clinic focuses on evidence-based assessment and treatment, delivering personalised care plans that address musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related conditions. DivinePhysio aims to create a supportive and inclusive environment where clients feel heard, informed, and empowered in their recovery journey. The team collaborates closely with other health professionals as needed to ensure integrated and effective care for each client.

Role Description This is a Part-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Noble Park, VIC. The Physiotherapist will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy and exercise-based interventions for a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, sports, post-operative, and chronic pain presentations. Daily tasks include monitoring client progress, updating clinical notes, educating clients on injury prevention and self-management, and adjusting treatment plans based on outcomes. The role involves working with a varied caseload, maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and infection control, and contributing to the continuous improvement of clinic processes and client experience.



The Physiotherapist will liaise with general practitioners, specialists, and other allied health professionals to coordinate holistic care when required.

Qualifications

- Recognized degree in Physiotherapy and current registration (or eligibility for registration) with the relevant Australian physiotherapy regulatory body.
- Demonstrated skills in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, including assessment, manual therapy, and exercise prescription.
- Ability to perform thorough clinical assessments, formulate explicit treatment plans, and use evidence-based interventions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, educate clients, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Solid clinical documentation skills, including accurate note-taking, treatment reporting, and adherence to privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Capacity to manage a varied caseload, prioritize tasks, and work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, openness to supervision and feedback, and interest in improving clinical outcomes.
- Previous experience in private practice, community health, or sports settings is beneficial but not mandatory; new graduates are welcome to apply.
