- Remuneration: $85k - $97k

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our Toowoomba operations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical machining capability, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to mentor apprentices while supporting business growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities include however, are not limited to:

- Training and mentoring of Apprentices and shop personnel.
- Establish and maintain excellent communication.
- Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures and safe work practices across our operating centers
- - Accurate completion of job/time/clocking cards is essential.
- Undertake training – upskilling to provide client required services.
- Complete product, repair, and inspection documentation in accordance with our Quality Management System and corporate policies.
- Maintain and create accurate records daily.




- Carry out machining as per engineering drawing and/or instruction.
- Undertake shift work to meet the needs of the operations.
- Report machine and infrastructure faults and equipment problems to OEM.
- Highlight to senior management any conflicts between operational procedures and our safety mandate.
- Assistance if required in performing fitting, maintenance, and general hand duties.
- Care, maintenance and organisation of company gauges and measuring equipment.
- Working with the operations team to grow the business through client and project diversification initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures and protected work practices across our operating centers.
- Highlight to management any conflicts between operational procedures and our safety mandate.
