BI Cloud Migration Project Manager
Location: Perth, WA

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of major Business Intelligence platform upgrades and cloud migration projects.

This role will be responsible for managing the migration of Power BI and SAS platforms from on-premises environments to AWS, working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
About the Role As the Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate the migration of Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets and workspaces into AWS cloud environments, while also overseeing the migration of an on-premise SAS platform.
You will manage project delivery from planning through to testing, validation, deployment and transition, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Power BI upgrade and migration projects to AWS.
- Manage the migration of Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets and workspaces to cloud environments.
- Coordinate BI platform upgrades and related technical activities.
- Manage the migration of on-premise SAS platforms to AWS.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets and resource allocations.
- Lead cross-functional project teams across technical and business areas.
- Coordinate testing, validation,



deployment and migration activities.
- Ensure data integrity, security, performance and user adoption throughout the migration process.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Establish effective project governance frameworks, reporting structures and stakeholder communication.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience delivering complex technology, data or cloud migration projects.
- Strong Project Management experience managing end-to-end project delivery.
- Experience working with Business Intelligence platforms, ideally Power BI and/or SAS.
- Exposure to AWS cloud migration projects.
- Strong experience managing project plans, budgets, schedules, risks and resources.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects through to successful completion.
