We're looking for motivated people who take pride in delivering great service, staying organised, and keeping operations running smoothly. If you've worked in hospitality, food service, accommodation, retail, or customer-facing environments, you already have many of the skills we're looking for.
As a Vending Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring vending services across site are fully stocked, well maintained, and provide a great experience for our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
Customer Service & Site Support
- Deliver outstanding service to site personnel and build positive working relationships.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and vending-related requests.
- Work closely with site teams to ensure vending services meet customer needs.
- Monitor and report machine issues, escalating faults when required.
Stock Replenishment & Operations
- Service, replenish, and maintain vending machines according to scheduled runs.
- Ensure vending machines are clean, fully stocked, and operating effectively.
- Pick, pack, transport, and rotate stock from storage and refrigerated areas.
- Monitor product quality, remove out-of-date stock, and minimise wastage.
- Use inventory systems to track stock levels and machine performance.
Inventory & Logistics
- Receive, check, and reconcile deliveries.
- Maintain well-organised and clean storage areas.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and inventory counts.
- Coordinate weekly stock orders to ensure continuous supply.
- Accurately record stock movements and maintain inventory records.
Safety & Compliance
- Participate in daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and site meetings.
- Follow all site safety, fatigue management, and operational procedures.
- Complete required training and site inductions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company requirements.

Essential Requirements
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

- Comfortable working with stock, inventory, and handheld technology.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse workforce.
