About The Opportunity:
My client is an established and growing commercial construction business seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join its Toowoomba-based team, with a planned commencement in January 2027, or potentially earlier for the right person.

With a strong pipeline of secured work, this is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced delivery team working across significant multi-rise accommodation and structural projects.

We are looking for a hands-on construction professional who understands how to keep trades moving, maintain high site standards and, importantly, takes genuine pride in the quality of the finished product.

About the Role:
Working closely with the Site Manager and broader project team, you will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination and supervision of construction activities on site.

You will assist in driving programme, quality and safety while ensuring subcontractors and trades deliver works in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising day-to-day construction activities and trades on site
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
- Assisting with the delivery of multi-rise accommodation and structural works
- Monitoring daily progress against the construction programme
- Coordinating trade sequencing and ensuring works are ready for following trades




- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, presentation and quality
- Closely monitoring finishes and identifying quality issues early
- Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and engineering requirements
- Conducting site inspections and assisting with quality assurance processes
- Maintaining solid WHS, housekeeping and general site standards
- Working closely with the Site Manager to identify and resolve construction issues
- Coordinating deliveries, site access and day-to-day logistics
- Building strong working relationships with subcontractors and trades
- Assisting with defects, completion and project handover

About You:
You will be an experienced Site Supervisor with a practical, hands-on approach and the ability to build strong relationships with trades while maintaining clear expectations around programme, safety and quality.

Importantly, you will bring experience working on multi-rise accommodation and structural projects and understand the coordination and attention to detail required on complex builds.

You will ideally have:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial construction
- Experience delivering multi-rise accommodation projects




- Experience across structural and technically complex construction
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and trade sequencing
- Excellent subcontractor and trade coordination skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine focus on quality finishes
- Sound understanding of WHS and construction compliance requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, organised and team-focused approach
- A genuine commitment to maintaining high standards across the site
