Coordinate the services. Support the delivery

As our projects continue to increase in size, complexity and technical detail, we are expanding our building services capability through the creation of a new Services Coordinator position.

Working closely with the Services Manager, you'll help drive the coordination of building services from design development through to construction.

This is an opportunity to become a key contributor across major commercial projects, working with consultants, subcontractors, design teams and project teams to help turn complex design information into practical, buildable outcomes.

If you enjoy understanding how buildings work, solving problems and seeing your decisions come to life on site, this role offers the opportunity to do exactly that.

Your contribution

You'll help identify, coordinate and resolve building services issues throughout design and construction, ensuring projects remain coordinated, buildable and ready for delivery.

This will:

- Review and coordinate services designs, drawings and models.

- Identify coordination issues, clashes and buildability risks before they impact construction.

- Coordinate services interfaces, penetrations, builders' works and installation requirements.

- Drive design actions, technical queries and coordination outcomes through to closure.

- Work with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to develop practical solutions.

- Support BIM coordination and design integration activities.

- Assist site teams with technical services coordination and construction-related issues.

- Support installation planning and construction readiness activities.

- Contribute to improved design quality, coordination outcomes and project delivery performance.

About you

You are technically minded,



enjoy solving problems and can confidently work across consultants, subcontractors and project teams.

You will bring:

- Demonstrated experience within commercial construction, building services consulting or Design & Construct environments.

- An understanding of building services systems and how they integrate within commercial projects.

- Experience working with technical drawings, coordinated models and design documentation.

- Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.

- Exposure to BIM-enabled project environments will be highly regarded.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field desirable.
