About the role

Brendan James Property is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Morisset, NSW. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to launch your career in real estate sales and new business development. As a Junior Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth for our organisation. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn the property industry from the ground up whilst contributing to the success of our expanding business.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local property market

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, vendors and other industry professionals

- Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential buyers and investors

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and property proposals

- Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline

- Collaborate with senior agents and the broader team to achieve sales targets

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities

- Manage administrative tasks including property documentation, contracts and client records

- Attend networking events and industry functions to expand business connections

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property market trends and regulations

What we're looking for

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients

- Proven sales ability or demonstrated potential to succeed in a sales-driven environment

- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to achieve targets

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Proficiency with technology and willingness to embrace digital tools and platforms

- Professional presentation and appearance





- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport

- Willingness to learn and develop expertise in real estate practices and market knowledge

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

- Australian residency or visa eligibility

- Preferred: Real estate agent licence or willingness to obtain one

- Preferred: Prior experience in sales, customer service or business development
