Whelans Group is a proudly Australian-owned civil construction company delivering infrastructure projects across Victoria. With a reputation built on quality, safety and strong client relationships, we are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team.

This fixed-term position presents an excellent prospect to contribute to the successful delivery of a major civil infrastructure project while developing your career within a growing organisation.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of works to ensure project objectives are achieved safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day site activities

- Assist with project planning and programming





- Manage subcontractors and suppliers

- Monitor quality, safety and environmental compliance

- Prepare project documentation and reporting

- Support cost control and budget management

About You

- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

- 3-5 years' experience in civil construction

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work effectively within a project team

- Commitment to safety and quality outcomes
