We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Warranty Administrator to join our Service Department and contribute to the continued success of our dealership.
About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient administration and processing of manufacturer warranty claims while ensuring compliance with all manufacturer requirements and dealership procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing warranty claims accurately and within required timeframes
- Reviewing repair orders and supporting documentation
- Maintaining warranty records and claim documentation
- Reconciling warranty payments and outstanding claims
- Liaising with technicians, service advisors and manufacturer representatives
- Monitoring warranty compliance and identifying claim discrepancies
- Providing administrative support to the Service Department as required
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, processes and accuracy while supporting a busy aftersales operation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an automotive warranty administration role
- Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach
Experience with Ford warranty systems and processes will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
