Data#3 Field Services are looking for a number of experienced Desktop Support Resources to provide Level 1/2 Support to our large-scale energy and resources customer. Working onsite at Curtis Island, your travel time via Ferry will be included in your daily rostered hours.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 desktop support to onsite users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobility, and connectivity issues
- Support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
- Deploy, configure, and maintain end-user devices
- Manage user accounts, access requests, and equipment records
- Escalate complex issues to specialist support teams as required
About you
- Experience in a Desktop Support, ICT Support, or Service Desk role
- Robust troubleshooting skills across Windows and Microsoft 365
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with Active Directory and device deployment
- Current Open Queensland Driver's Licence (mandatory)
- Exposure to Intune, SCCM/MECM or ServiceNow would be advantageous
- Experience working in a similar role (highly regarded)
