Killara Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Foreman to join our growing residential construction team in Sydney. We specialise in residential construction and pride ourselves on delivering projects to a high standard, on time and within budget.

About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise subcontractors and trades onsite

- Ensure works are completed in accordance with plans and specifications

- Maintain WHS compliance and site safety

- Monitor construction program and timelines

- Coordinate deliveries, inspections, and certifier requirements

- Maintain high-quality workmanship standards

- Report progress directly to management

- Interpret architectural, structural plans and details

- Set out site as required





- Have a good eye for detail and finishes

About You

- Minimum 4–5 years’ experience as a Site Foreman (residential preferred)

- Strong understanding of NSW building codes and regulations

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans

- Solid leadership and communication skills

- White Card (essential)

- Valid driver’s licence (essential)

- Ability to run multiple trades efficiently and meet deadlines

- Ability to run a few multiple projects

- Interpret architectural, structural plans and details

- Setout site as required

- Have a good eye for detail and finishes
