About the role

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, working as part of a team, and being in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

- Receiving and unloading flower deliveries

- Picking, sorting and packing flowers and products

- Preparing orders for dispatch

- Helping in Airport Inspections

- Loading and unloading vehicles

- Driving company trucks when required to assist with deliveries or collection of stock, valid HR License

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse

- Assisting with general warehouse duties

- Handling flowers and products carefully to maintain quality

- Following workplace health and safety procedures

About you

- Reliable, punctual and hardworking

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment





- A positive team player with a positive attitude

- Organised and pays attention to detail

- Flexible with working hours, including early mornings during busy periods

- Holds a current Australian truck licence suitable for the company vehicle

- Willing and able to drive a truck occasionally when required

- Previous warehouse, flower, horticulture or farm experience is an advantage
