Reporting to the Social Media Marketing Manager, you'll lead the delivery of our organic social media strategy, creating engaging content, managing communities and driving audience growth across channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads and YouTube.

Working closely with our Paid Social Media Specialist, you'll develop integrated campaigns, leverage audience insights and optimise content performance to strengthen CPA Australia's brand presence and business impact.

This is a fixed term contract until July 2027

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute CPA Australia's organic social media strategy and audience communication plans.

- Create, publish and optimise engaging content across multiple social platforms.

- Manage community engagement, respond to enquiries and support reputation management.

- Conduct social listening to identify audience insights, emerging trends and content opportunities.

- Develop and deliver integrated social media campaigns that support marketing and business objectives.

- Drive advocacy, influencer and user-generated content initiatives.

- Monitor performance and use insights to continuously improve content and channel effectiveness.

- Apply social search optimisation and emerging GEO principles to improve visibility and discoverability.

About You

- Strong experience in social media, content marketing or digital marketing.

- Demonstrated success developing and executing organic social media strategies and campaigns.

- Strong content creation, copywriting and storytelling skills.

- Experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X,



Threads and YouTube.

- Expertise in community management, social listening and audience engagement.

- Experience using analytics and social media management tools to optimise performance.

- Knowledge of influencer marketing, advocacy and user-generated content programs.

- Understanding of social search optimisation, AI-driven discovery and emerging social trends.
