Our client, a large ASX listed group is seeking a Business Analyst to support a PCI DSS remediation project. Working closely with business leads and application technology teams, this role translates high level PCI requirements into detailed, actionable technical and process tasks.

Duties / Key Responsibilities

- Work with business and application technology teams to translate high level PCI requirements into detailed technical and process requirements
- Document clear, actionable tasks that teams can execute against
- Support existing business leads and technology teams to reduce their documentation workload
- Liaise across stakeholder groups to confirm requirements are accurate and complete
- Track progress on requirement definition to support the wider remediation timeline

Skills and Experience

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, within compliance, security, or remediation projects
- Familiarity with PCI DSS or similar regulatory frameworks is essential
- Robust stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable working with both business and technical teams
- Ability to translate high level requirements into clear, actionable documentation




- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Experience supporting BAU teams through project driven change
