About the role:
As the Internal Sales team member, you will provide a high level of customer service & sales support to our existing network of trade counters. You will also be responsible for:
- General administration tasks - processing customer orders, coordinating with customer via phone, email or in person
- Face to face service for walk-in-trade customers
- Liaising with the warehouse staff and Account Managers
- General sales assistant duties - e.g. invoicing
To be successful:
- Previous administrative or internal sales experience
- Familiarity in sales and inventory-based software for customer order processing & invoicing would be an advantage but not necessary
- Confidence to deliver phone, email and face to face customer service
