ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an established bathware business as it expands its commercial channel across the Victorian construction market.

This role is all about winning recent business. You’ll target major builders, developers, architects, interior designers and contractors, identifying projects early and positioning the product range for specification.

Your role will include:

- Developing the commercial project sales channel across Victoria.
- Identifying new projects and engaging key stakeholders early in the sales cycle.
- Building relationships with major builders, developers, architects, designers and procurement teams.
- Driving product specification through the design and pre-construction stages.
- Managing opportunities from initial engagement through tender, negotiation and final order.
- Building a platform for the longer term expansion of the division nationally.

ABOUT YOU

You’re an established commercial salesperson who knows how to create opportunities rather than wait for them.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Proven experience in sales,



business development or specification sales.
- Existing relationships across builders, developers, architects, designers or other construction stakeholders.
- Experience identifying and influencing projects from specification through to final sale.
- A strong new business mentality and confidence developing a territory from the ground up.
- The confidence to work autonomously and take ownership of your market.

Experience across bathware, plumbing, vanities or commercial plumbing fixtures would be highly regarded.

You will be joining an established supplier of bathware products to the Australian market with an existing commercial and retail sales operation.

With a strong foundation already in place, the business is now entering its next phase of growth. They are investing in the development of the commercial project channel, targeting major builders, developers, architects, designers and construction groups across Victoria.

Backed by an extensive product offering, established supply capabilities and an ambitious ownership team, the commercial division as a key part of its growth strategy, initially across Victoria, with longer term potential for national expansion.
