We are seeking a Trainer/Assessor to join our team. We have positions on either full time, part time or Contract basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible to deliver high risk training and assessment, be qualified and be registered with WorkSafe Tasmania (or working towards registration) in any of the following classes.

- Licence to operate a Boom type Elevated Work Platform

- Licence to operate a Forklift

- Licence to perform Dogging

- Licence to perform Rigging. RB, RI, RA

- Licence to erect Scaffold SB, SI, SA

- Licence to operate a Crane CN, CV, CB, C2, C6, C1, CO, CS, CT

- Work safely at heights

- Enter and work in confined spaces

- First Aid

Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

- Lead our uncompromising Safety-First culture

- Conduct training and assessment in accordance with relevant procedures

- Conduct inspection and maintenance of equipment used for training





- Maintain all participant details/records in accordance with procedures

- Participate in the validation process for course work

- Provide input, advice and subject matter expertise in the development of course work

- Conduct Training Needs Analyses

Skills & Expertise:

- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment TAE401116 (Must have to be a candidate for this role)

- Unit of competencies relevant to the training area of expertise

- High Risk Licence of appropriate class

- Current Drivers licence and HR licence highly regarded

- Industry currency in the training area of expertise within the last 5 years

- Training and assessing experience required
