Key responsibilities
- Handle high-volume service while maintaining quality and consistency
- Dial in grinders, texture milk, and manage workflow efficiency
- Deliver strong customer service with a positive attitude

About you
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-intensity coffee environments (busy cafés essential)
- Proven ability to handle high-volume service while maintaining quality and consistency
- Confident in dialling in grinders, milk texturing, and workflow efficiency
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends
