The Role:

- Assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio

- Working closely alongside our Investment Managers to build skills and confidence

- Liaising with tenants and landlords

- Coordinating repairs and maintenance requests

- Support from an off-shore team to assist with administration and processing

- Routine inspections and follow-ups

- Seminars, coaching and ongoing training

- Clear career progression within a high-performing team

Previous experience in property management is required, along with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
