BlueFit is proud to partner with the City of Norwood, Payneham and St Peters to manage the fully redeveloped Payneham Memorial War Pool. Following a massive transformation into a world-class aquatic landmark, we are now building our foundation team!

We are actively recruiting passionate Pool Lifeguards to help shape our safety culture, lead shift operations, and deliver a vibrant guest experience.

No Qualifications? We’ve Got You Covered!

Don’t have your Pool Lifeguard certification yet? No problem! We are offering 100% FREE, fully funded Pool Lifeguard training for eligible candidates who join our founding squad. We’ll cover the cost of getting you fully qualified so you can launch your career in aquatic safety with total confidence. Conditions apply!

Available Roles

- Pool Lifeguards: Maintain vigilant water supervision, enforce safety standards, respond swiftly in emergencies, and ensure an enjoyable environment for all visitors.

What We Are Looking For

- Qualifications: Already qualified or eager to take advantage of our fully funded training courses (Pool Lifeguard, First Aid and CPR).

- Core Skills: Strong communication, crisis management, and problem-solving abilities.

- Mindset: A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for community safety and engagement.





- Availability: Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
