The role
Working across our 3 depots (Randwick, Pyrmont & Parramatta), you will work closely with our Front-Line Team Leaders and Managers to shape workforce performance and capability, uplift management effectiveness, and drive a positive employee experience across the organisation. There will be a focus on managing complex employee and industrial relations matters and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and enterprise agreements. As part of the People & Culture team you will have the opportunity to support organisational change and continuous improvement, whilst contributing to our strategy and organisational performance.
What you’ll bring
Experience & Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
- Solid HR business partnering experience in a complex or unionised environment
- Demonstrated experience managing ER/IR matters
Skills & Capability
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and coaching skills
- High-level communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capability
- Proven ability to lead change and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
