What you will do

As Operational Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to operational managers. You will help keep daily operations organised, accurate and compliant.

You will:

- coordinate accurate incident documents and packs within required timeframes
- schedule meetings and interviews, keeping clear attendance and database records
- update current operating procedures and duty statements to meet operational needs
- prepare accurate monthly reports by gathering information and maintaining records
- coordinate timely meeting packs, minutes, reports and follow-up actions

About you

No formal qualification is required for this role. You should have experience in office administration and confidence using business systems and digital tools.

You should also have:

- strong computer skills across business systems, databases and digital communication tools
- sound knowledge of policies, procedures, privacy and records management requirements
- proven office administration skills, including meetings, reports, correspondence and filing
- advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and data charts
