The Role You’ll take ownership of a well-managed residential portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants while ensuring the day-to-day management of the portfolio runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of residential properties
Building and maintaining strong landlord relationships
Managing tenant enquiries and requests
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Conducting routine inspections and managing follow-up
Handling lease renewals, arrears and compliance
Managing ingoing and outgoing processes
Liaising with trades, contractors and internal teams
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
Providing a high level of service to both landlords and tenants
