This is a full-time qualified carpenter position based in Geelong & surrounds. The role involves completing renovations, insurance repairs and managing all aspects of construction work.
Key responsibilities
Project management, supervising & coordinating trades, including apprentices.
Completing jobs, which includes written & oral communication as required
Completing day to day works, in relation to renovations, insurance repairs and all relative construction work
Attending & completing make-secure/reports, building assessment/reports and roof reports
Use and management of Prime project management program
Update all involved parties of the progress of the project, including customer concerns, problems, delays etc
Networking with potential clients and sourcing current work
Assessing & estimating current jobs where required
Complete file management, weekly updates, and communication for running jobs
Read & interpret plans and processes

Qualified carpenter
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Professional appearance and expert workmanship
Polite communication skills
